Synopsis:
It's the start of a new school year for the sixth-graders. But this year, they are introduced to a new teacher who dresses all in black and often referred to as 'oni sensei' (teacher from hell), Maya Akutsu. This drama focuses on the impact Maya Akutsu has on the students in her one year of being their classroom teacher, especially on Kazumi.

It's different from those 'evil teacher' genre dramas. Surprisingly, Akutsu-sensei turns out to be a good but strict teacher who cares deeply for her children.
